Picking cherries and farms, 2017 Spokane

After leaving Mount Spokane we drove some of the secondary roads and came upon many picturesque farms and many u pick fruit farms. Well they had Rainer cherries, and they are our favorite. At two dollars a pound we wish we could take with us about 10 pounds.

So Bob grabbed a bucket and headed for the orchard.

Up the ladder, and about 5 minutes latter he had picked 3 pounds and ate about a half pound.
Pie cherries, the real dark red cherries were only a dollar a pound.

Beautiful farms

  1. There's nothing better than fruit right from the trees. Makes you hate to buy grocery store produce!
