                                               2017 The year in review

     Well here we are at the beginning of a new year. It is time for me to be doing a year in review blog. We didn’t do much rving in the beginning of the year. We had moved into a new home. We had hoped to start a trip to somewhere in  early April. But as luck would have it, we didn’t start until May 14^th. With all we had going on in the beginning of the year we didn’t have time to plan a trip. So we called our trip the “trip to somewhere” The only thing we wanted to do was revisit the coast of Washington and Oregon.  So on May 14^th with the RV loaded we headed out on our "2017 trip to somewhere".  We also have a new  4 legged traveling companion , Hannah. She never Rv'd. Overall she worked out well. At first she would bark and we didn't want to leave her in the RV barking so we had to adjust. Slowly she came around and we could leave without incident. The extreme heat in the beginning of the trip made us seek RV parks only instead of doing a little boondocking.   Below is the list of our stops. HOME     We arrived home on the 2oth of September, a month to a month and a half earlier then we planned to arrive home. But hurricane Irma changed our plan. We received little damage to our home, but we lost our dock and have major damage to our seawall.

5 different RV Parks in FL, 1 in AL, 2 in MS., 2 in AR., 3 in KS., 4 in WY.,1 in MT.,6 in WA., 4 in OR., 1 in ID., 3 in Mo(1 a repeat),2 in NE(1 a repeat).

    Blogging I am up to stop 19. Stops 25 to 34 are already blogged about, it was our hurried trip home because of Irma.
