Port Townsand WA visit from our stay at th Escapees park in Chimacum WA 2017

Touring Port Townsend from the Escapees Park.

Last time we were here we took the Ferry to Seattle WA I believe we also used this ferry to go to Victoria  B.C.. We also used the Pot Angeles ferry

Finally after some objection she finally tested the water

A beach shelter

Beach flowers

Ominous looking clouds

A neat looking tour train. There is Fort Worden state Park w/camping behind the train. A great location for the beach. Fees from $12 to $45.Winter fees are less.

The fog finally clears

The beach and lighthouse once the fog cleared

And yet another mural to add to Linda's collection.

Downtown, some neat old buildings

The downtown harbor.

Taking a rest

There are several dog friendly restaurants with outdoor seating. Hannah is very relaxed

An RV Pak out on the pier, a little close, but good location if you own one of the boats tied up here

The light house and the beach

Old Fort Worden
Just some of the reasons we like the Escapees park in Chimacum WA.
