While at the Carriage rally in Florida, these two were outside our RV. This guy was super persistent. If there are more gopher tortoise like him, they will get off the endangered list. He was biting her head area and would not let her into her burrow.
Motherhood. Sitting on her nest that was in the hitch box of a 5th wheel. Nature is amazing.
